Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases made at thefluidefit.com. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country (EUR, GBP, USD or CHF) and are final consumer prices. Delivery cost and, for deliveries outside the EU, prepaid import duties and taxes are shown in your bag before you pay; no VAT is added at checkout.
By clicking the payment button in checkout you place an order with an obligation to pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after payment, we will tell you immediately and refund it in full.
Delivery
Delivery times, carriers and costs are described on the Shipping & returns page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person you designated) receive the goods.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designated, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement — an email to [email protected] is enough. You may use this model form: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [FL-xxxxx].” Sending the statement before the 14-day period expires is sufficient.
Send the goods back to FLUIDE FIT · Adriana Sydor Tetrotom, Targowa 70/117, 03-734 Warszawa, Poland without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method you used.
Warranty and complaints
If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, you have statutory rights under Polish law (and the mandatory law of your country of residence): repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal, for 2 years from delivery. Send complaints to [email protected] with your order number and photos; we respond within 14 days.
We do not currently participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (ADR) schemes; consumers in Poland may seek assistance from the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) or municipal consumer ombudsmen. We are always happy to resolve any issue directly.
Invoices
You receive an order confirmation by email for every order. If you need an invoice, request it at [email protected] within 3 months of purchase.
Governing law
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
