Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse in Poland within 3 business days. Within Poland and the EU we use DPD, InPost, UPS or DHL; outside the EU — DHL Express.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the country. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to — it's included in the price.

Shipping and, where applicable, import duties are shown in your bag before you pay.

Taxes & duties

Orders ship from the EU. For deliveries within the EU no additional charges apply.

For countries outside the EU (currently the USA, United Kingdom and Switzerland) import duties and taxes are calculated in your bag and prepaid together with your order (delivered duty paid), so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If the actual customs charges turn out higher than what you paid, the difference is on us; if lower, we refund it on request.

Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — see Terms of sale for the model form. On top of that we accept returns for exchange within the same 14 days.

To return, email [email protected] with your order number so we can register the return, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Return address: FLUIDE FIT · Adriana Sydor Tetrotom, Targowa 70/117, 03-734 Warszawa, Poland. Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. For returns from outside the EU mark the parcel as “returned goods” on the customs declaration, otherwise import duties are charged again.

Please return items unworn and with tags attached. You may try the item on as you would in a store; if it comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund.

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods (or your proof of sending them). The cost of sending the goods back is borne by you; prepaid import duties for non-EU orders are refunded to the extent we can recover them from the carrier.
