Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data thefluidefit.com collects, why, who processes it and what rights you have (GDPR).

Controller

Adriana Sydor Tetrotom, Targowa 70/117, 03-734 Warszawa, Poland. Email: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Orders: name, delivery address, email, phone, purchased items and payment status — to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for accounting (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). We receive these details from the Stripe checkout form; card numbers never reach us.

Waiting list and restock alerts: your email, the form you used and your delivery country — sent only after you confirm by clicking the link in our email (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). Every such email contains an unsubscribe link.

Abandoned bag reminders: if you are on our waiting list and leave checkout without paying, we may send one reminder with a link to your bag (consent, as above).

Order source: after you accept cookies we remember where you first came from (campaign parameters, referring site, landing page) and attach it to your order — to understand which channels bring sales (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, only after you click “Accept” (consent).

Technical data (IP address, browser, requested pages) in server and security logs — to keep the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), kept up to 30 days.

Who processes your data

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — payment; Resend (transactional and marketing email; EU region); Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, security and routing of our support mailbox; Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting; Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics and the Gmail mailbox that receives support requests; the carrier delivering your order (DPD, InPost, UPS or DHL) and the shipping platform we use to print labels.

Our team receives order notifications (order number, country, items — never your name or address) in a Telegram group.

Where a processor is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (your bag, delivery country, your cookie choice) are always on.

Optional cookies — analytics (Google Analytics) and the first-visit source cookie — are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

No advertising cookies are used.

Retention

Order records: 5 years after the end of the tax year (Polish tax law). Waiting list and restock alerts: until you unsubscribe. Abandoned checkout records: 90 days. Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics setting).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time — write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or the authority of your country of residence.
